I'm proud to show you pictures of a Ship of the Line sample from our 1/600 scale naval range, as masterly painted by a customer and gaming mate.
He has slightly modified the original model, just by adding two clear plastic lanterns on stern, as well as a flag staff made from a piece of wire.
As for what I know, its stand is a clear plastic rectangle textured with clear silicone.
I'm happy to show you a third model belonging to our 1/600 scale Age of Sail ships - this time, an aggressive 3rd rate Ship of the Line, modelled after blueprints of a real warship dating back from early 1700s. Model kit's hull is made of high quality resin, while masts and sails are white metal cast - just 11 parts in total! Kit is completed by a Portuguese naval flags sheet.
It's been a long, hard production process plentiful of unexpected issues, certainly; but now it's finally here with us, and I'm so happy for it! We are still awaiting packaging boxes to be printed, but it's a matter of just a few days; so you can pre-order right now your ship of the line while awaiting boxes to come. Delivery is expected to start on June 1st.
I'm proud to show you what our upcoming 1/600 Ship of the Line looks like, now that all the 3D printing and prototyping work is over. We intended to make a medium ship of the line, rather than any of those huge 1st or 2nd rates. So we took as a loose model an early 1700s Russian 58-gun warship good for building a 4th rate model from it --or even a small 3rd rate one if imagining it plentiful of bow and stern chaser guns!
The hull you can see in the following pictures is the ultimate production resin one, while masts and rigging are 3D printed prototypes that are to be taken to foundry --so the ultimate ones will be white metal.
Here below you can see the fine detail achieved on hull sides, showing the gun ports open.
We have also designed rigging versions for fully unfurled sails, that we shall most probably sell apart, as optional accessories for ship customization.
Here below, our warship can bee seen together with a race-built galleon from Skytrex, so as to help having a notion about their respective sizes.
We would like to have it released before the start of Summer; however, as is it likely unexpected issues to eventually occur, let's be less optimistics just for cause, and let's say we'll have it ready by late Summer.

Loosely based on the plans of an early 18th century Russian real ship, this new model can stand on tabletop as a 3rd or even a 2nd rate man-of-war --so being ideal for War of Spanish Succession, GNW, Turco-Venetian Wars or even golden age of piracy settings!
In the next weeks we'll 3d-print the design and start prototyping a master model --a job to include levelling it down to waterline, of course.
Work on what is going to be our third 1:600 scale Age of Sail range model has already started. Now we're planning to do a man-of-war, loosely based on the plans of an early 1700s Russian warship.
At so an early design stage, many features are quite provisional, some of which are to be refined step by step, or even modified. What I can say right now is that further detailing is to include open artillery ports, mizzen mast re-design, as well as fore and main masts re-sizing. Hull is going to be around 8 or 9 cm long. So there's still a lot of work ahead!
